Deliveries and Returns
Delivery times are given for information only and are
compiled with as far as possible; no responsibility can be
accepted for cases of delayed delivery. Delivery times
quoted are in working days or weeks and do not take into
account factory shutdown or Holidays. Please consult us for
details on these dates when placing an order.
All claims for errors, omissions, shortages or damages must
be communicated within 3 working days of receipt of the
goods at the place of destination specified on the order.
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior agreement.
This must be confirmed in writing. If agreed, goods must
then be returned within 10 days at the customer’s expense. A
40% handling charge will be applicable. If goods are
returned damaged, no credit will be raised and the invoice
will stand in full.
No orders for special items may be returned under any
circumstances.
Proof of Delivery requests must be notified to us in
writing. PODs are available only for goods delivered within
the last 3 months.
Royal Mail can only supply confirmation of delivery. Hard
copy of signatures will have to be requested directly by
customers at their own expense.
Carriage
All our orders are sent via carriers. Deliveries are
guaranteed within 3 days on UK mainland. Carriage charges
for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Republic
of Ireland and other countries are available on request.
Orders over £200 will be delivered carriage paid. For orders
under £200, there will be a carriage charge of £10.00 for
2-3 days service.
